Contact form and emails: your name, email address, company or store URL, the subject of your request, an indicative budget, your message and your language.

Clients: contact and billing details, contract and invoice data, and the access you grant us to your tools (store, ad accounts, analytics) for the duration of an engagement.

Partners: identity and contact details and the information needed to confirm your eligibility under the rules of your country of residence.

Technical data: server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested, date and time) kept by our host for security, and aggregated audience statistics without cookies (Vercel Web Analytics).

We do not collect payment card numbers: card payments are processed directly by our payment service providers.

Answering your requests and preparing quotes: steps taken at your request before a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (art. 6(1)(f)).

Performing our contracts, invoicing and collecting payments: performance of a contract (art. 6(1)(b)).

Keeping accounting and tax records and meeting legal obligations, including anti-fraud and know-your-customer checks: legal obligation (art. 6(1)(c)).

Securing the website and preventing abuse: legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)).

Your data is only accessible to our team and to service providers acting on our instructions:

Vercel Inc. (hosting and cookieless analytics, United States); Brevo, operated by Sendinblue SAS (transactional email and contact management, France); Microsoft Corporation (email hosting through Microsoft 365, provided by GoDaddy, United States); payment service providers such as Stripe and PayPal, and our banks (payment processing and fraud prevention); Shopify Inc. and advertising platforms only for client and store operations; our accountants and legal advisers.

We do not sell your personal data and do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

AWARENEXT LLC is established in the United States. When data from the European Economic Area, Switzerland or the United Kingdom is transferred to the United States or another country, the transfer relies on an adequacy decision (such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for certified providers) or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Prospects: 3 years after our last exchange.

Clients and partners: for the duration of the relationship, then 7 years for accounting, tax and legal purposes.

Server logs: up to 30 days. Analytics are aggregated and contain no personal data.

This website uses no advertising or tracking cookies. A single functional cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) remembers your language choice. Audience statistics are measured without cookies.

You can request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, the restriction of its processing, its portability, and object to its processing at any time. You can also withdraw any consent you have given.

Write to contact@awarenext.co; we answer within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL at cnil.fr).

Depending on your state of residence, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to access, correct and delete it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing, which we do not do. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and reputable providers to protect your data.

Our website and services are intended for professionals and adults; we do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
